The room was huge and beautifully decorated in a renaissance style. the personnel and the owner were outstanding. - the location was marvelous, within a short walk to cafés and bars.

Transformed by owners gently into a contemporary version of a vintage treasure. Handsomely furnished with delightful trompe d'oeil touches on some walls. Hosts were terrific.

The breakfast for the bakery around the corner was served in the dining room. The hotel's location was amazing, just off the best restaurants as well as the centre of Lucca in a listed building. It also was in a really good restaurant.

It was a little chilly at night. Part of that is due to the nature of the building (stone floors), but a towel heater or something to make the bathroom more cozy would be nice.

Delicious food, the staff was friendly and really helpful. the bed was super cozy, and the room felt really comfortable overall! Plus, being just a short walk away from an impressive church from the 1100s was a major win. 🌟

We recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in the heart of a beautiful town. L'Antica Bifore, our accommodation, was simply incredible. the room was like something out of a fairytale, with enormous mullioned glass windows that overlooked the stunning Chiesa San Cristoforo. the antique furnishings gave the room a touch of Agatha Christie elegance, and the warm and comforting welcome from the owners set the tone for our entire stay. They even arranged a cab for our departure, showing their exceptional hospitality.
